J. Krishnan or JK as he is known among friends, did his B.Tech from I.I.T. Madras and his post graduation in Marketing from I.I.M. Calcutta.
He has been involved with the I.T. Industry in India since 1985. He successfully exited his own software development venture called NetLink Technologies, which was acquired recently by Deccan Chronicle. JK acted as the CEO of Deccan Chargers for the 2008 season and was part of the team management in the 2009 season.
A Rotarian since 1986, he is the Past President of the Rotary Club of Madras Central Aadithya. JK is also the Past President of the IIM Calcutta Alumni Chennai Chapter.
JK is a Charter Member & current Vice President of TiE Chennai. JK was the Conference Chairman for TiECON 2009 and TiECON 2010. JK has also been the convener of TiE Chennai’s fellowship cricket matches for CMs and AMs.
