With 24 years of experience in varied domains and functions, has helped in mentoring numerous start-up entrepreneurs in understanding of Business Model, Positioning, Process and Management. He has actively participated in TiECON Chennai 2009 & 2010 as a member of sponsorship committee.
His foray into Human Resource Industry comes from his deep seated conviction in human potential.
