Sanjay Shroff is the Co-founder & Marketing Director of the Medindia.net, www.medindia.net, the largest & earliest health portal from West Asia founded in 1996. He also Co-founded in 1996, India4u.com a horizontal web portal as well as FrontPoint Systems Ltd., a web services company. He also is the Managing Director of Vishwashanti Merchandise (P) Ltd., a foundry additives manufacturer which he Founded in 1997.
He is an Active charter member at TiE, Chennai since 2005. Mr. Sanjay played a key role in the initial initiatives related to organizing programs such as My Story Session, Coffee with Charter Member, Panel discussions etc. He was Vice President, TiE, Chennai for a period of 2 years 2007-09. He is part of the TiECON organizing team from inception. He also is currently a governing council member.
He was the founder trustee of MOHAN (Multi Organ Harvesting Aid Network) FOUNDATION, an NGO propagating the cause of Brain Death Organ Donation. This was founded in 1996. Today he plays the role of an advisor and helps the NGO from time to time in its various events organized at regular intervals.
